Dengue – The mosquito borne infection can be deadly if left untreated. It is caused by the bite of tiger mosquito and the symptoms might range from high fever, joint pain, cramps and intense headache. There is no such universal cure as of now, but it is important to go through blood test and take proper inventions such as repellants, covering the arms during daytime and eliminating trash in the immediate surroundings.
Viral Fever – Contamination in food and water can give rise to viral fever and is accompanied to symptoms such as sore throat, runny nose, throbbing headache and body ache. Although the temperature of the body may fluctuate but if it remains for a longer period, then consulting doctor is the best measure.
Diarrhoea – A combination of parasites, bacterial and viral infection can lead to serious bouts of diarrhea. Hydration and consuming semi-solid food is a necessity during this period so is oral rehydration therapy. If the bowel condition persists, then it becomes mandatory to go through proper diagnosis and in some cases going for intravenous food replacement.
Jaundice – Monsoon is the peak time when several cases of jaundice are reported and can be identified with the symptoms of vomiting, pale yellow colour in urine and skin, liver enlargement etc. Maintaining a good hygiene, restricting from alcohol is imperative along with regular medical health check-up as the liver is heavily impacted in this condition.

There are different types of health checkups that are specially designed for specific types of medical requirement. You need to go to your doctor first to understand that which type of health checkup you need to go for. You are also required to understand that when you are supposed to go for the . A person’s age, health, lifestyle, family history and several other factors influence the decisions related to how frequent he or she requires to go for the health checkups and for which ones specifically.  

Here are the points that will help you to understand that when you need to go for the health checkup:

If your health is perfectly good, then you can schedule a health check up once in two years.

If your health is not perfect, then you should go for it once or twice every year.

When you notice some changes in your body or skin, like a lump, etc., then you must rush to get yourself screened at once.

Consult your doctor immediately as to which health checkup you need to go for if you are lately experiencing pain in any body part, dizziness or fatigue.

You need to go for screening at the earliest if you observe change in your urine or stool.

If you have irregular periods or you experience any changes in your menstrual cycle, then you are supposed to go for the health checkup at once.
